MTV movie awards
I finally caught a rerun of the MTV movie awards. I didn't catch it from the beginning, but I enjoyed what I did see of it. It really brought out my love of movies. I was really excited that Leo won best male performance for Aviator. He should get an award from
someone, I mean that was a real good movie, and he's a good actor. Anyway what I found really cool, is that they gave an achievment award or something to "The Breakfast Club" one of the best movies ever! They played a montage of scenes from the movie while yellowcard played a rendition of "don't forget about me" which I thought totally lacked lusture. It sounded hollow, and weak. Anyway Ally Sheady, Molly Ringwald, and Micheal Anthony Hall, went up to accept the award. It was really great, Im glad that the film was recognized =) Something yucky in the awards show was the whole Katie Holmes giving Tom Cruise an award. They are totally bugging me now, especially her, she's annoying, I had to change the channel for awhile. But on the other had I was pleased to see that Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling of "The Notebook" won for best kiss. It absolutely was the best kiss, and they were so cute accepting the award, they reenacted a kiss scene. Also the performance the foo fighters gave of "best of you", was really great. I was really glad I caught it, plus how cute is jimmy fallon!
